We are co-operative when we work well with others and empathise with how others might be feeling. We are co-operative when we help each other and try to resolve conflict calmly.

Curious

We are curious when we ask questions and take an interest in our learning. We are curious when we use our initiative to try and find out extra information and exciting facts

Professional

We are professional when we conduct ourselves in a mature and sensible manner. We are professional when our transitions are quiet and efficient. We are professional when we show team work.

Reflective

We are reflective when we keep looking back at our learning and try to improve. We are reflective when we learn from our mistakes and strive to always make better choices.

Resilient

We are resilient when we keep on trying and don’t give up. We are resilient when we adopt a growth mind-set and remember that everyone can learn new skills with practice, effort and determination.
